Chilli Paneer

Chilli Paneer served hot

Serves 4:

200 gms Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese)- cut into cubes.
Medium size Red, Yellow and Green Bell Pepper (one each).

Batter for frying Paneer:
0.25 cup all purpose flour (maida in Hindi).
2 tbsp cornflour.
Salt to taste.
0.25 tsp white pepper.

Other Ingredients:
3 tbpsoon oil.
7-8 finely chopped garlic cloves.
1 tbspoon vinger.
1.5 tbspoon Soya sauce.
3 tbspoon tomato ketchup.
1 tbspoon red chili sauce.
0.25 tspoon white pepper powder.
Salt to taste.

1. Mix all the ingredients of coating batter.Batter
2. Roll the paneer pieces in dry maida (all purpose flour).Sliced Paneer Paneer Pieces coated with dry maida

4. Heat 3 tbspoon oil. Reduce heat. Add chopped garlic, saute till light brown.Chopped Garlic Saute Garlic in oil
5. Remove from heat add all the sauces along with vinegar, pepper, salt to taste.Sauce Family Add sauce to ginger/oil.
6. Heat this mixture again for half minute.
7. Add fried paneer, to the mixture.Add paneer to woke
8. Fry all the bell peppers on high flame for 3-4 minutes in oil.Saute bell peppers in oil
9. Add them to the mixture.Add Peppers
