Ingredients
100 grams mozzarella cheese (either grated or kept at room temperature for 30 minutes (if cold)
50 grams salted butter
1 tea spoon oregano
1 tea spoon (or more) red chili flakes
1 table spoon minced garlic cloves
1 French loaf – cut into diagonally 1 inch thick slices.
Method
1. Place cheese in a bowl, add butter and mix well.
2. Add chili flakes, minced garlic and oregano.
3. Heat butter on a griddle and roast bread (1 minute on each side).
4. Apply garlic butter on one slide and grill for 5-6 minutes with butter side up.
5. Serve immediately.
