Ingridients: Batter
1 cup all purpose flour/maida
3 table spoon cornflour
1.5 tea spoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder
1/4 tea spoon red chilli powder
1/1 tea spoon soya sauce
water
salt as per taste
Ingridients: manchurian
200 gms button mushrooms
5-6 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 medium size green capsicum, finely diced
1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder
1/2 table spoon red chilli sauce
1 tea spoon tomato sauce
1 table spoon schezwan sauce
Salt as per taste
Optional:
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
1 inch finely chopped ginger
1 tea spoon finely chopped fresh coriander
Method:
1. Rinse and wipe mushrooms, you can cut them in halves as well.
2. Mix All purpose flour and Cornflour
3. Add water to get a semi-thick consistency
4. Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, soya souce, salte to taste and mix well.

5. Add mushrooms and mix gently.
6. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
7. Fry mushroom in small batches till golden brown.
8. Keep aside.
9. Heat oil.
10. Add garlic, ginger, green chillis (if opted for), fry for 10 seconds.
11. Add capsicum, stir fry these also for a minute on a medium flame.
12. Add red chilli sauce, schezwan sauce and tomato sauce.
13. Sprinkle black pepper and salt.
14. Mix well.
15. Add the fried mushroom to this sauce.
16. Stir so that the sauce coats the mushroom well
17. Serve schezwan mushroom manchurian hot with white rice or chapati.
