2 cups grated sweet corn kernels
2½ table spoon rice flour
1-2 tea spoon gram flour
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2-3 green chillies finely chopped
One medium sized onion finely chopped
1 tea spoon red chilli powder
1 tea spoon coriander powder
½ tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tea spoon cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Oil for deep-frying
1.Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2.Heat oil in a kadhai or a heavy bottom pan. Drop a little mixture and deep-fry 5 to 8 pakodas at a time on a medium high flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
3. Repeat step 2 to make more pakodas.
4. Serve hot with green chutney.
