Lahsun Moongfali ki Chutney : Groundnut Garlic Chutney


2 cups groundnuts
15-20 medium sized garlic cloves
3 tea spoon red chilli powder (adjust as per your taste 🙂 )
Salt to taste

1. On low-medium heat, roast groundnuts until the outer skin starts coming off.IMG_4523
2. Cool down groundnuts and remove the outer skin.
3. Add roasted peeled ground nuts, salt to taste and garlic cloves and grind to a coarse powder.IMG_4531
4. While eating, add some ghee or vegetable oil and have it with hot parathas. Adding ghee/oil is optional, this chutney can be eaten dry as well.IMG_4538
