2 cups groundnuts
15-20 medium sized garlic cloves
3 tea spoon red chilli powder (adjust as per your taste 🙂 )
Salt to taste
1. On low-medium heat, roast groundnuts until the outer skin starts coming off.
2. Cool down groundnuts and remove the outer skin.
3. Add roasted peeled ground nuts, salt to taste and garlic cloves and grind to a coarse powder.
4. While eating, add some ghee or vegetable oil and have it with hot parathas. Adding ghee/oil is optional, this chutney can be eaten dry as well.
