Aamras w/t Pood ki roti




1 Kilogram Ripe mangoes
1 cup Sugar (I prefer less sugar, if you need more or less that this, please adjust as per your test)
2 1/2 cups full fat Milk,chilled
–Note: You can use low fat milk as well, in case your are on diet 🙂
Dryfruits : Almonds, Cashewnuts and Raisins for garnishing.

1. Peel the mangoes and cut them into cubes.
2. Put the mango cubes in a mixer jar. Add sugar and make a thick paste.
3. Add milk and blend till smooth.

Pood Ki roti:
Pood ki roti is very common in northern part of India, this roti (similar to tortila) is very thin and has two layers. These rotis makes a perfect combination with Aamras.
