One medium sized onion, 4-5 Green Chilis chopped, 1 cup green peas
Cracle 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp mustard seeds and 1.5 tsp fennel seeds in 2 tb spoon oil
Add Onions, Green Chilis and Green peas and fry for 5 minutes on low flame (or till the onions becomes transparent)
Add 3 tspoons of sugar, salt to taste and 0.5 tsp of turmeric powder to the soaked poha (avalaki or flattened rice)
Add the poha (flattened rice) to the masala and mix gently (after everything is mixed properly sprinkle a little bit of water and cook for 3-4 minutes on minimum flame.
