4 Slices of White Bread or Whole Wheat Bread (Whole Wheat Bread is preferred as its healthy)
One tablespoon Salted Butter
Four Cheese Slices
1 tea spoon Oregano
1/2 tea spoon Chili flakes (optional)
1/2 medium sized tomato finely chopped
1/2 medium sized capsicum (Bell Peppers) finely chopped
–Note: I used green capsicum, you can use red and yellow as well.
5-6 whole Black Olives.
1. Apply butter on both sides of the bread and slightly roast (1-2 minutes on each side) on a pan, you can use microwave as well.
2. After roasting, put the cheese slice on the bread, add finely chopped tomatoes, capsicum and (grill + microwave) in pre-heated oven till the cheese melts and becomes light pink in color.
